Eight Morning habits to become better version of yourself.

Morning is the most important part of our day. To get better version of yourself you should bring some chages to your morning routine. A disciplined morning routine helps to complete your target u set for the day. 

Here are some morning habits which might help to transform your life to best:

1.  Avoid your phone 1 hour after waking up:

 
Normally when we wake up in the morning we search first thing is our phone. Using mobile phones after waking up decreases your focus towards your goal. As we wake up our energy level is at the peak point.  First hour after waking up in the morning is very important. There is a huge impact of social media and stupid news on your mind. Try to avoid your phone during the very first hour after waking up in the morning And completely ignore useless notifications and news.

2.  Make your bed straight away:

Make your bed as soon as you wake up in the morning. This helps you to feel that u have accomplished first task of your day. Making your bed straight away after waking up helps you to maintain decipline thorough out the day. 

3. Drink water:

We sleep for 6 to 7 hours in which we rarely wake up to drink water in night. Our body requires enough water to work in a good manner. Drinking water after waking up opens your eyes as well as wakes your brain and body up.  Water is crucial for maintaining a healthy body. 

4. Practice Gratitude:

Many of us don't know about practicing gratitude. Gratitude means thanking Universe for what you have. Gratitude can be shown by writing, journaling and speaking. By your affirmations you can thank Universe for want you desired and got
By journaling you can write your desires and affirm that they will get fullfill. 

5. Move your body:

A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. For making your life better you should make your body better. By moving your body you get a clear view of your goal and it keeps you focused all day long. Try to practice 100 squats and 100 pushups. It reduces stress too.

6. Read:

Try to read 10 pages daily of your favourite book. If you don't like books start with some inspirational stories, thaughts. Books can be your best friends. They help to you become the better version of yourself. They can be the best me time activity. Read something inspirational, motivational in the morning. Stay away from news and newspapers in first hour of your day.

7. Meditate:

Meditation helps in reducing stress and also can help to know yourself better. Silence for 10 minutes in morning makes a better you. Start with focusing on your breathe. This will improve your focus and improves your mental health. A healthy mind leads to a healthy life. To make your mind healthy practice meditation daily. During meditation you can also use affirmations to fullfill your desires.

8. Get yourself time:

If you are student start studying your favourite subject at this time of morning. If your like music listen your favourite music avoid harsh and noisy music. If you like cooking treat youself with your favourite breakfast. At this time do whatever you like. Prioritise your  happiness over everything. 

By these eight habits you can transform your life in a better way. By practicing these you will feel a different you in a postive way.
